Dundee Football Club has issued strict matchday entry and behaviour guidance ahead of Saturday's home Premiership fixture against Rangers. The club will refuse entry and confiscate tickets from any supporter attempting to enter Dens Park while drunk or wearing a face covering.
Dundee FC said: "supporters attempting to enter the stadium while drunk or wearing face coverings will be refused entry and have their tickets confiscated." The club also reminded fans that the use of pyrotechnics is illegal within Scottish football stadiums. Any supporter found in possession of such a device will be arrested, and the club faces potential sanctions.
Flags and banners are permitted but must not exceed two metres by one metre and must be presented to CCTV for approval before entry. Stadium kiosks are card-only, and a strict no-smoking and no-vaping policy is in force throughout the ground, with no designated smoking areas at half-time.
Stadium access and travel
Turnstiles will open at 19:00 for the 20:00 kick-off, with supporters directed to queue on Tannadice Street to ease congestion. Two checkpoints will be in operation outside the stadium for ticket checks and profiled searches. Accessible parking is available on Provost Road, North Isla Street, and Arklay Street. Supporter coaches should park on Neish Street and Fairbairn Street, with overflow on Tannadice Street. Residents' Parking Zones are active around the stadium on matchdays, and only vehicles with a permit can park there.
Traffic Scotland has advised of a contraflow on the A90 between Inchture and Rait Junction, with additional restrictions on the M90 around Bridge of Earn. Rangers supporters will be situated in the Bob Shankly Stand and sections of the Main Stand, using turnstiles 31 to 38.
